Getting in shape

I always had an excuse for avoiding the gym : too busy at work, need to spend more time with the kids etc. If you think about it, it only takes 3 one-hour sessions a week to keep in shape. As I am very good at keeping appointments and rarely cancel one, I decided to book a personal trainer at my gym and book 3 appointments per week, and knowing myself, I will always keep.
And so I started last week with my first training session, where we focused on legwork. Great stuff, the next day, I could barely walk! Now on my second week and I haven't missed an appointment and working my way to getting in shape for the summer!
