It is hard not to miss all the Wimbledon action on our TV’s at the moment. With huge tennis stars like the Williams' sisters, Elena Dementieva, and Maria Sharapova gracing the courts no one can deny how incredibly fit, healthy, toned and slim these girls look.

Jet-setting to LA

Cheryl is one my favourite celebs, she has a great personality, impeccable style and always looks fabulous and healthy.

Here she was photographed arriving at LAX airport, ready to record new material for her solo album. Just how does Cheryl manage to look so fresh faced look after a long haul flight?

Time Out

I am writing today's blog post from a beautiful villa on my favourite island, Mykonos. I am taking a well-deserved break and really enjoying be able to chill out completely from work and spend time with my family and friends.

A typical day in Mykonos is relaxed and fun; it is a great island with a wonderful cosmopolitan vibe. I wake-up and have a swim at the villa pool, then spend some time playing with my two little boys. Then we head of to Psarou beach which is lovely, the equivalent to Club55 in St. Tropez. It is the perfect beach to hang out, relax on a sun-lounger, people watch and catch up with friends.  Then in the evening we head to Nobu for delicious sushi and cocktails then head in to town to cool off with an ice-cream.

I’m definitely making the most of this down-time as before I  know it  I will be back in Rodial towers working on new and exciting products!

My top ten summer holiday fashion picks!

2. Cashmere cardigan- I always pack a cashmere cardigan, for comfort and practicality. Summer evening's can sometimes be chilly so be prepared.

4. Topshop Freedom Jewellery- A few cheap and cheerful necklaces and bangles can really jazz up an outfit. I particularly like their cocktail rings. Go for vibrant and multi-coloured stones.
