Hottest Celebs at the MTV Movie Awards

The MTV movie awards took place last night in LA, and no surprise the event was jam-packed with the hottest A-Listers in Hollywood, including Megan Fox and Rodial fan Vanessa Hudgens.

I think Brit girl Sienna Miller stole the show with a glitzy number from her own label Twenty8Tweleve.
