It’s all go this week as I’m jetting off to Cannes today for the Natalia Vodianova and Harvey Weinstein Fashion Aid Party. It’s all kicking off at The Cannes Film Festival as the first star studded event, the premiere of The Great Gatsby took place last night. Celebrities including the film’s stars Carey Mulligan and Isla Fisher plus Hollywood royalty Julianne Hough and Nicole Kidman walked the red carpet in style, showcasing some fabulous gowns. Model of the moment and It Girl Cara Delevingne stole the show and looked every inch the fashion icon in a plunging black Burberry gown complete with signature bold brows and a 1920’s red lip. I can't wait to host the Fashion Aid party next week – celebs will all be airbrush to perfection with our Brazilian tan range. Watch this space!

The summer events season is just around the corner & I’m super excited to announce that Rodial Brazilian Tan will be hosting a table at the Fashion Aid event in Cannes next week. It’s no secret that I’m the biggest fan of Rodial’s new bee venom range so I’m thrilled that bee venom eye has been included in Marie Claire’s top 5 anti-ageing eye creams. Slated ‘Best for Puffiness’ the fabulous Beauty team over at Marie Claire say “The unique combination of honey bee venom and plant stem cells attacks visible signs of ageing by stimulating production of collagen and elastin.” Now who’s to argue with that? It will definitely be my morning beauty staple this season!

The who’s who of Hollywood stepped out on the red carpet last night for one of Fashion’s most anticipated and best-loved events, The Met Ball. Held in its usual New York location, the theme was punk and everyone from Cara Delevingne to Kate Beckinsale, Beyonce, Kim Kardashian and Sienna Miller got into the swing of things with some amazing punk-inspired looks. There were so many styles to choose from but my favourite was Jessica Alba who kept it understated in a leather cut-out gown with a top knot & super bronzed cheekbones. What an amazing evening for style

The Great Gatsby is set to be this year’s biggest blockbuster with fashion’s best & brightest names rocking 20’s styles on the catwalk & the red carpet. It was no surprise that a whole host of famous faces gathered for The Great Gatsby Exhibition opening in New York last night. The film’s star Carey Mulligan was joined by Florence Welch, Katy Perry and Alexa Chung to name a few. The film’s costume designers MIUCCIA PRADA and Catherine Marti hosted the evening which was held at Prada Epicenter in New York. I can’t wait to see the movie, will you be watching?

I’m really excited to announce some new launches coming soon from Rodial, the first of which has become a staple of my weekly ritual. I have lately been on a mission to find low carb/high protein treats. I started with bodybuilders cookies, high protein bars and am now onto low carb muffins. I found this amazing recipe in a US magazine and wanted to share with you. It has half the carbs of a regular muffin and around 230 calories.

You mix up half a cup of coconut flour, 1 teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda, a pinch of salt, 1ts vanilla extract, 2 ts cinnamon, 6 eggs, 2 tablespoons of honey, 2 tablespoons of coconut oil (microwave to dissolve), 2 grated carrots, 2 grated apples, half a cup sunflower seeds. Mix them all up in a bowl and put in muffin paper cups. Bake for 25 min in a preheated oven at max. You can substitute carrots & apples for half a cup of cocoa powder & 2 mashed bananas for another version.

I bake them on a Sunday and have them for breakfast or a snack during the week. Delicious!

I love getting inspiration from celebrity style and am excited to add some Hollywood-inspired pieces to my wardrobe for the new season. This past week was a fabulous week for style and so I wanted to share my favourite look of the last 7 days with you! My favourite red carpet look was by far courtesy of Kate Hudson who wowed in a strapless mint gown at a Tiffany & Co event in NYC. With pinched cheeks, retro curls & chandelier earrings to boot, Kate was the epitome of glamour with a modern twist – fabulous!

I am upping the ante with my fitness routine in time for the summer and am feeling great! It’s so important to look after your body and I have created a brand new line from Nip+Fab dedicated to giving your fitness routine a helping hand. Now the sun is shining and summer is on the horizon, I’m looking for inspiration for my spring/summer wardrobe. First up is a good pair of jeans & I will be visiting Donna Ida’s recently re-opened Chelsea boutique to find the most flattering pair. Next, I love brights at springtime & will be looking for the perfect LA-style tees to wear to the office for an instant mood boost. Lastly, a killer heel is a must when I mean business, these red pointed pumps as seen on Gwyneth Paltrow are definitely on my wishlist to take me from day to night with ease. Following a working break in LA, I am back in London and raring to go. Earlier this week I found myself suffering from some major jet lag, finding it hard to adjust to a new time zone.
Here are my top tips for beating the jet lag and looking great while you’re at it!

1.    Make sure you keep skin hydrated during your flight and if it’s overnight, try to get as much sleep as possible. I love slathering glam balm MULTI over my face to hydrate skin and using a silk eye mask to stop eyes from getting puffy.
2.    Upping your body temperature can help you feel relaxed and allow you to sleep easy. I sip drink green tea to help me switch off and get some much needed shut-eye.
3.    Getting your energy levels up is a must. When back on home soil, I do interval sprints with my trainer to keep active & take Cellfood Concentrate to increase oxygen levels,
4.    If all else fails, fake it! Use bee venom super serum to give skin a healthy glow, cover dark circles with bb venom eye & add colour to lips by using glamstick in THRILL

I’m really enjoying my time in LA, it’s been so busy but I managed to find time to squeeze in another fabulous event yesterday. This time I got together with our US press team to hold an exclusive breakfast for Beauty Bloggers! It was great to meet some of the US bloggers and speak to them about our latest launches from Rodial and Nip+Fab including the amazing new Viper Venom range and Glycolic Fix exfoliating pads. Guests tucked into vegan muffins and mini Nip+Fab cupcakes and took away goody bags packed with the latest beauty launches.

Yesterday marked the 10 year anniversary of Rodial in LA and we celebrated in style with a fabulous star studded luncheon. I invited a host of famous faces and industry movers & shakers in Hollywood including Perrey Reeves from Entourage who was telling me about her new series to be shot in NY. The stars of the show & vintage designer moguls Cameron Silver & Christos Garkinos of Decades, actress Byrdie Bell, Yasmin Mills, Petrina Khassogi, stylists from the  Rachel Zoe report and the top LA-based celebrity make up artists. We dined on seafood tacos & lemonade and talked about everyone's upcoming movie projects. Love Hollywood!

I had a wonderful time at the launch of our new men’s range Nip+Man this morning. We gave a sneak preview of the 9 product range and a detailed presentation to selected press to introduce this amazing new line. We also introduced our Nip+Man to the crowd after a showing of our fabulous casting video. It’s been a hectic week juggling parties and events with meetings and office hours so I’m ready for a rest this weekend! My favourite way to de-stress after a busy week is to practice yoga to clear my mind and indulge in some post-party pampering! I had an amazing time at the 4th annual Rodial BEAUTIFUL Awards last night. The red carpet was rolled out at London’s trendy St Martin’s Lane for a host of famous faces including Millie Mackintosh, Sadie Frost, Savannah Miller, Amber Le Bon and Lara Bohinc who came along to show their support and enjoy the party . The ever fabulous Julien Macdonald did a stand up job as the host of the event – even pausing his birthday celebrations to be there! It was such a star studded event and was the perfect way to give back after an amazing year of success for Rodial and Nip+Fab. The evening ended in true style with a DJ set from the uber glam Amber le Bon. Roll on next year!

I had a fabulous time shooting for ES Magazine yesterday. The feature, which will be focused on my home in Notting Hill is due out in the coming months and I can’t wait to see the finished pictures. It was back to business as usual after the shoot, here I am checking my emails from suppliers!

It’s so busy at the Rodial and Nip+Fab HQ’s and while it’s great to be so hectic, it can mean beauty takes a backseat, especially in the run up to the Rodial BEAUTIFUL Awards. As an in-demand business woman, I’m always looking for quick fixes to make beauty that little bit easier and here are my top tips for looking fabulous on-the-go.

1.    I love to sip crash diet sticks in between meetings for a quick slimming fix, they are a delicious peach tea flavour and really help to boost the metabolism and keep you feeling full in between meals
2.    BB venom eye is my handbag saviour, I dab it under eyes to conceal dark circles and on my cheekbones for an instant highlighting effect
3.    Glam balm MULTI is the perfect multi-talented beauty staple from winter to spring – I use it to banish dryness and treat tired skin, an in-flight beauty must-have
4.    For a quick hit against lines and wrinkles, Bee Venom Moisturiser is my new go-to, it plumps instantly for a radiant, younger-looking complexion

I love these retro shots of Hollywood star Kate Winslet on the cover of April’s Harpers Bazaar UK. Looking minimalist in black and white and accessorised with simple jewellery and black winged eyeliner this is classic beauty at its best. I love her flawless skin and am using bee venom moisturiser to firm, tone and treat the skin for a perfect base.

Spring is the perfect time to overhaul your beauty routine and get to grips with some new trends. This year I’m focusing on beauty that’s quick, easy and makes an impact. We have some amazing new beauty buys which are soon to be launched but here’s what I’m using at the moment: When the sun comes out dark spots tend to appear so I’m using White Brightening Serum to target pigmentation while moisturising with dragon’s blood SPF15 moisturiser to hydrate and protect skin from the sun’s harmful rays. Bee venom super serum is my new must-have to illuminate and hydrate skin. The Rodial BEAUTIFUL Awards are just a few weeks away & I’m getting prepped for the event with these top beauty tips. I tried a new look for my hair, opting for highlights put in the bottom layers of my hair for a subtle, natural look. Next, I’m focusing on getting my body in tip top shape with long runs, weight training & yoga for an all-around toned physique. I’m also working on my skin, deep cleansing and exfoliating with 5 minute facial while plumping and firming with bee venom super serum and dragon’s blood moisturiser. Now if only finding a dress was this easy!

I LOVE the Oscars, it’s always the big finale to a fabulous awards season calendar. It's the perfect chance for the crème de la crème of Hollywood walk the red carpet in their fashion finest and show off some amazing looks. This year I loved Rodial BEAUTIFUL Awards nominee and Best Actress winner Jennifer Lawrence who looked super toned in her nude Dior gown while actresses Naomi Watts, Jessica Chastain and Amanda Seyfried also wowed in some eye catching gowns.  I’m getting the red carpet look by applying size zero and allowing to absorb for 48 hours for an instant spanx effect- fabulous!
