Marie Curie charity fundraiser
I had a fabulous time at the Marie Curie charity fundraiser held at London’s prestigious Claridges hotel last night. This event was organised and hosted by Heather Kerzner to raise money and celebrate the work of this fantastic charity. My friend Yasmin Mills and I we were in great company with celebs like Kate Moss, Yasmin Le Bon and Holly Valance all in attendance. There were a whole host of extravagant dresses on show and Kate Moss wowed in a simple black gown with feather shawl and gold jewellery. The party was in full swing from the get-go with a charity auction and a performance by Ronnie Wood - the highlight of the evening. It was definitely a night to remember!

Bikini countdown begins
It’s 6 weeks until summer officially starts so I’m counting down to a bikini body with a little help from Rodial! I’ve been playing tennis and running to help maintain a healthy weight while sipping a crash diet smoothie mixed with almond milk for breakfast for that all-important protein fix. For lunch, a healthy salad with beef, mango & avocado helps keep my energy levels up. It’s really important to strike the right balance & I’ve been combining different Rodial products to get the best results. Use body sculpture after body brushing for targeting cellulite then apply bum lift to firm & smooth problem areas. Finish by smoothing tummy tuck onto abs for a tighter, more toned appearance. I am loving this month’s Vogue UK cover featuring the ever fabulous Kate Moss! With the headline ‘Going for Gold ’it’s definitely set to become an iconic image as Kate looks flawless in a white Versace studded gown & natural tan. Working the 1940’s beauty trends to perfection, Kate vamps it up with red nails, scarlet lips & gorgeous waves while showing off her envious cheekbones with bronzed cheeks. This is one of my favourite recent covers & really sums up the best of British in time for the Jubilee – fabulous!

Met Ball fashion picks
Hollywood’s elite stepped out in their finest last night for the annual Met Costume Institute Gala in New York. With only the A-list in attendance, this fabulous event is always the place for the big names in Tinseltown to show off some daring styles & really wow on the red carpet. The trend for the night was uber metallics with stars like Cameron Diaz, Gwyneth Paltrow & Rosie Huntington Whiteley showcasing a range of gorgeous gowns in metallic gold, silver & red hues. My favourite of the night was Rihanna who looked simply chic in a black, crocodile Tom Ford number. With minimal make-up & flawless skin to boot, the dress stole the show & she rocked the look to perfection!

Pastel chic – Victoria Beckham
I love Victoria Beckham’s style; always chic, sleek and top of every best dressed list, she is a modern fashion icon! While Mrs Beckham tends to stick to muted colours & simpIe tailoring, I absolutely loved her take on pastels at a recent event. Wearing a mint green Miu Miu cardigan with floral appliqué, she pulled together an all-white ensembles effortlessly & really gave the trend star status. With nude , peep-toe Louboutin’s completing the look, this is definitely something that could translate to my own wardrobe. Pulling the look together with a messy fishtail plait, Victoria showed that undone glamour can really work for the red carpet!

My Spring detox
With just 7 weeks to go until summer is here, I’m starting my bikini body countdown now with a super cleansing detox to get me feeling body fab! While the weather is anything but summery, I’m picturing myself on a beautiful Mykonos beach & getting my skin & body prepared with this easy detox. First, I’m exfoliating daily with Brazilian tan BODY SCRUB, a gentle formula to buff away dead skin, smooth problem areas & improve circulation. Next, I’m doing plenty of cardio & sipping chilled lime water to flush out any toxins while snacking on superfood salads. My skin has never looked better! Top tips for the perfect tan!
While the weather is anything but spring-like, I’m in the mood for the sun & am getting my body summer-ready with the perfect tan! Whether it’s J.Lo’s glow or Kim’s perfect tone, I’ve got the top tips for a streak-free, natural tan that will leave you looking like a bronzed goddess!
1. The first step is to exfoliate thoroughly. I am obsessed with the new Brazilian tan BODY SCRUB which gently buffs away dead skin with nourishing apricot extract & jasmine to leave a beautiful, smooth base ready for tanning.
2. Then, it's important to hydrate dry areas like elbows & knees with a light moisturiser to make sure no streaks appear!
3. Next step, choose your tan. We have a fabulous new range from DARK to LIGHT, AIRBRUSH and CLEAR depending on the look you are going for. At the moment, I love DARK for that just back from holiday glow. Start by applying at the feet & work your way upwards, gently smoothing onto skin, making sure all areas are covered.
4. Once dry, apply a layer of Brazilian tan FACE. This light gel is packed with peptides to plump & smooth the skin while developing into a healthy colour.

Vogue Festival
Fashion & Beauty’s biggest names came together for the launch of the very first Vogue Festival this past weekend! Celebs including Tom Ford, Kate Hudson, Rachel Zoe & Diane Von Furstenberg gathered at a host of fabulous events across London to celebrate all things fashion & debate current issues. With insider talks & expert Q&A’s from some of the leading names in the industry, it was a great way for people to learn more about the fashion world. The highlight of the event was the fabulous Vertu party where top celebs Cara Delevigne & Georgia May Jagger partied the night away. We can’t wait for next year!

H&M goes red carpet glam!
H&M’s glamorous collection hit stores last week and I have been dying to get my hands on the range ever since! The exclusive Glamour Collection is made up of a range of red-carpet ready outfits using sustainable materials and celebs have been queuing up to wear these fabulous designs. Boasting Michelle Williams and Amanda Seyfried as fans, the collection is bang on trend with a host of gowns & cocktail dresses in uber bright colours like lime, orange & fuschia! It’s so hard to choose between such amazing pieces but I love this J.Lo-eque lime green backless party dress – a must have for my summer wardrobe!

I’m a huge fan of Olivia Palermo’s style & her recent outfits have given me real inspiration for my spring wardrobe! My post-Easter regime
Easter is all about indulgence but with summer just 2 months away, I’m kicking my fitness regime into high gear to get bikini-fabulous fast! First, I’ve been combining high-energy cardio such as running with a healthy meal plan. Tucking into salmon, seabass or high protein salads at lunch, followed by a crash diet stick mixed with water is a great way to boost the metabolism & keep energy levels up! Next, I’ve been using Brazilian tan scrub to boost circulation & leave skin with a flawless finish before applying Brazilian tan DARK for that just-back-from-St Barts glow & total body confidence. Finally, I’m alternating tummy tuck & body sculpture for firming & smoothing in those stubborn areas. How are you getting fit for bikini season?

My new beauty obsession!
If you follow me on Twitter you might have seen me mention this but my new beauty obsession for spring is Brazilian tan body scrub! Brand new to the Rodial tanning range, it’s infused with apricot & jasmine milk to nourish skin & microscrub to gently exfoliate, leaving skin perfectly prepped for tanning. Paying homage to the Queen ahead of the jubilee year, Victoria looks stunning in a range of 1950’s style swimsuits, showing off her enviable figure. Plus with a vamped up make-uo look of 60’s eyeliner, super defined cheekbones & flawless skin, Mrs Beckham proves why she is such a style & beauty icon. The interview was such a must-read as she spilled the beans on life with David & her fashion icon status, definitely a keeper for my coffee table!

SS12 trends
Winter is over & it’s time to stash away the faux fur & muted colours in favour of a new spring wardrobe! Here are my favourite trends which I will be wearing all season;
1. The wet look was seen all over the catwalks from Marc Jacobs to Richard Nicholl. I’m teaming wet-look leather trousers with trusty Zara basics to get that high-shine, high fashion effect while still being totally wearable.
2. Metallics are another huge trend for spring which I love. As seen at Givenchy & Just Cavalli, I’ll be introducing shades of rose gold & silver to my look with simple accessories!
3. Designers like Mary Katrantzou have made florals a huge trend this year, whether it’s bright prints or delicate embellishments, there are so many ways to wear the look!

Spring beauty must-haves!
Spring is officially here & I’m upping the ante with a brand new fitness & beauty regime to get me in shape for warmer weather. Blogger event at the W Hotel
Another week, another fabulous event for Rodial & NIP+FAB! This time we hosted a bloggers event at the W Hotel in the heart of London’s Leicester Square. Beauty bloggers came along to see our brand new launches including the dragons blood extension range featuring a toning spritz, cleansing water, hyaluronic mask & moisturiser &sub-zero de-puffing eye gel. We also showcased our brand new, reformulated tanning range & Nip+Fab’s new celebrity-fave plumping serum, No Needle Fix! With pink champagne, ‘dragon’s blood’ macaroons, mini dragon’s blood facials & exclusive goody bags, the event was a huge hit. Jade Jagger jewellery launch
I had a fabulous evening at a party I hosted for Jade Jagger’s new jewellery collection last night! I invited a group of friends to my home for an evening of pampering, champagne & tea and to view Jade’s stunning new range. The designer herself was the guest of honour, giving us all an insight into her inspiration behind the range & showcasing her favourite items. Guests snacked on oh-so-tempting chocolate cupcakes & sipped pink champagne while having the chance to buy some of Jade’s stunning pieces. When it was time to leave, everyone was delighted with their Nip+Fab goody bag with must-have pamper products ready for the weekend!

After the success of Versace for H&M last fall, the high street giants have come back with another collaboration, this time with Italian label Marni. This much-anticipated collection was a huge hit, selling out by lunchtime on its launch day last Thursday! With bold prints & texture, on-trend silhouettes & form flattering cuts, it’s no wonder people were queuing to snap up their favourite pieces. 3rd annual Rodial BEAUTIFUL Awards
What an amazing evening we had at the 3rd annual Rodial BEAUTIFUL Awards last night! This year’s awards were held at The Sanderson and they really were bigger and better with a whole host of fabulous celebrities in attendance including Elle Macpherson, Whitney Port, Tess Daly & Tamara Ecclestone, all looking stunning! Co-hosts Julien Macdonald & Yasmin Mills did a fantastic job of presenting to our worthy winners selected by our panel of celebrity judges. Guests sipped on signature dragon’s blood cocktails and took home a goody bag with some of our brand new products. It really was such an amazing, fun filled evening and I can’t wait to do it all again next year!

My Oscar style picks
It was a fantastic night for style as the 84th Annual Academy Awards took place in Los Angeles last night. The Oscars is one of my favourite awards of the season for sheer glamour and this year was no exception as Hollywood’s leading ladies walked the red carpet in a whole host of beautiful gowns. Gwyneth Paltrow pulled off an unusual caped look in a white, floor length Tom Ford dress with simple make-up and accessories while Jennifer Lopez showed off her trim, toned figure in a plunging sparkly Zuhair Murad number. Rose Byrne revealed her edgy side with a newly blunt fringe and backless black dress but my favourite look was definitely Victoria Beckham at the Vanity Fair after-party. Keeping it simple in a strapless gown from her own range and swept back hair she proved that less is definitely more when it comes to the red carpet!

Mary Katrantzou AW12
I’ve had a fabulous time at the Mary Katrantzou AW12 show at LFW this morning! Always a huge fan of Mary’s designs, I was excited to see what was in store for the new season and I wasn’t disappointed. The famed designer & Rodial Beautiful Awards panelist showcased her renowned prints in an assortment of bright colours & muted hues. With peplums, pencils, typewriters & tassels in the mix, her vision was directional as always. Combining girlie & edgy effortlessly, this collection is sure to be a huge hit! Congratulations Mary on another fabulous show, definitely the highlight of this season at LFW!
