UK Delivery

Free Next Day Courier Delivery on UK orders over £65. Or £5 for orders less than £65.

Express next day delivery is delivered the next working day for orders placed before 12pm (noon) Mon - Thurs. Orders placed after 12pm (noon) or on a Friday will be dispatched the next working day. Please note deliveries will not take place over Christmas and Bank holiday. This is a DPD tracked, signed for service.

Royal Mail 72 Hour Tracked delivery - £3.50.

London Same Day Delivery - £28.00.

London Same Day Delivery is delivered the same day for orders placed before 1pm Mon - Friday. Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the next working day. Please note deliveries will not take place over weekends, Christmas and Bank holiday. Delivery will take place throughout the day and up until 8pm, no time window can be selected. This is signed for service via Addison Lee and tracking is provided via the couriers App.

Ireland - we can dispatch orders to Ireland from our UK store in GBP with Royal Mail International for £12. Please note you might be charged customs and taxes. For better rates and no custom duties, please order from our EU store in EUR. Visit EU Store

 

US and Canada Delivery


Tracked Courier Delivery - Free Standard US ground shipping with orders over $100, or $9 for orders less than $100.
Shipping in the USA is via Fedex ground shipping, please allow up to 7 working days, depending on your zone.
Orders placed on the US Site are shipped from our US warehouse. Unfortunately, Couriers are not able to ship to PO Boxes.

Tracked Courier Delivery - Canada Premium Express Service $40.
Shipping to Canada is via Fedex Air shipping, please allow up to 3 working days, depending on your zone. Tax and custom duties are included in the shipping cost of $40. Orders placed on the US Site are shipped from our US warehouse. Unfortunately, Couriers are not able to ship to PO Boxes.

 

European Delivery

Great news, we are now dispatching from the new EU warehouse! No custom duties apply for orders to European Union countries. Your local tax rate will be collected at checkout. Couriers no longer need to contact you to arrange payment for duties and taxes before making the delivery.

EU and Ireland Standard Tracked: €8 or FREE for orders over €100. Please allow 1-6 working days for delivery, depending on your destination.

Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, Greece, France, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Germany, Italy, Ireland, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain (excluding Canary Islands), Sweden, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Croatia, Slovakia, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Ukraine, Switzerland.


For non-EU, please be aware that is the customer’s responsibility to liaise directly with customs in order to receive the goods at the destination. Rodial will not refund orders that have not cleared customs or where customs and/or duties have not been paid.
We deliver to the following countries via local couriers. This is the standard delivery service used, this is a tracked service and will need to be signed for at the delivery destination. Please allow 1-6 working days for delivery.

 

Rest of World Delivery

For Shipping to Rest of the World via Royal Mail Tracked please allow up to 12 working days for delivery.
For Shipping to Rest of the World International Courier is via DPD/FEDEX courier service, please allow up to 2-6 working days for delivery.
Please note that you may be charged customs and duties upon entry to your selected delivery country. Please be aware that is the customer’s responsibility to liaise directly with customs in order to receive the goods at the destination.
Rodial will not refund orders that have not cleared customs or where customs and/or duties have not been paid.
Shipping to China is via DPD/FEDEX courier service which can be tracked and will need to be signed for at the delivery destination. Please allow up to 4 working days for delivery for all orders to China, we can only permit orders up to a threshold of £80 (excluding delivery charges) due to customs restrictions.
Deliveries to Indonesia may incur a local government tax, please consult regional government for charges and more information.
Due to custom regulations and checks, please allow an additional 4 working days for delivery.

We offer free shipping to Australia with orders over £175 (305 AUD), shipping for orders less than £175 is £30 (52 AUD).

Returns

Refunds and Exchanges

We hope you will be completely delighted with your order. In the interests of hygiene and consumer safety, items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition, and this must be done within 14 days. Please note that we do not cover the cost of returning the order and we suggest a tracked service to ensure safe delivery as we are not responsible for the returned order until it reaches us.

Unfortunately we are unable to process any refunds or exchanges for products that were not purchased on rodial.co.uk. You will be required to contact the original place of purchase, as when you choose to purchase through other retailers you are committing to their individual terms and conditions regarding refunds and returns.

Cancelling or Amending your Order

Once your order is complete, you can no longer add items, or change your order.
If you want to add items to your order, you should place another order within 24 hours of your original order, then contact us with both order numbers, and we would be happy to refund you the additional delivery charge. Please note if you are a US customer we are unable to offer this service to combine two orders into one parcel.
You should be able to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order, but sometimes our warehouse is really quick at getting the orders out the door and they could have already dispatched it to you, if this is the case we would be unable to cancel it. However, you can return the parcel to us as long as it is has not been opened.
Non-EU and Non-US orders are final and cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returning from Store

Unfortunately we are unable to process any refunds or exchanges for products that were not purchased on rodial.com. You will be required to contact the original place of purchase, as when you choose to purchase through other retailers you are committing to their individual terms and conditions regarding refunds and returns.

Returning your faulty Product

Our returns are usually processed within 7-10 working days from when they arrive back to us. They will be assessed and accepted if they are deemed as faulty.
Once the refund has been processed any funds due should appear on your bank statement within 5-21 working days (Please note that refund times are dictated by the card issuers and are outside our control).
This does not affect your statutory rights.
When returning your faulty products please include the invoice with the details of the products you are returning and enclose a detailed note with your returned parcel.
Please always include a convenient telephone number and your email address in case we need to contact you regarding your return. We strongly recommend that you obtain a postage receipt from the Post Office with a tracking number. We are responsible for your parcel only once it has been received into our head office.
Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned.
