The Head of NPD will direct and manage all aspects of NPD and Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) from concept to launch and the complete product lifecycle.
Contributing at a strategy level and operating commercially to drive growth and profitability across the brands. You will contribute to the overall business direction and strategy and carry out additional duties when reasonably requested.

Senior National Account Manager NIP+FAB
We have an opportunity for a Senior National Account Manager at NIP+FAB.
As Senior National Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing the incumbent relationships with a leading UK retailer alongside internal Supply and Operations teams, influencing NPD development in line with the needs of the consumer, and ensuring the business focuses on both medium- and long-term opportunities in partnership with a key UK wholesale partner.
The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree and a minimum of 5 years’ experience within a similar role, working on UK accounts. You are required to have advanced market knowledge and the ability to interpret consumer data and shopper patterns. Excellent attention to detail in customer relationships and managing customer processes is essential.

Assistant Ecommerce Trading Manager – Nip+Fab
We have a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Ecommerce Trading Manager – Nip+Fab.
This role will be responsible for ensuring that online sales and conversion opportunities are always maximised across the Nip+Fab website through analysis and insight to drive the business forward. The role assists in the day-to-day operational management of the Nip+Fab website, management of key third-party agencies and of the on-sight customer journey. This is a key role in the Ecommerce team, ensuring all digital activations and supporting processes are followed and delivered appropriately according to the relevant critical paths. A multidisciplinary role, the Assistant Ecommerce Trading Manager also plays an important role in the continuous optimisation of the customer journey.
Identify and optimise trends in performance and suggest new ways to build additional revenue streams.
