We are excitedly looking for a talented NPD Executive to join the Rodial team. The NPD Executive is responsible for the end-to-end new product development in skincare, make-up and other product development, in collaboration with the rest of the NPD team, reporting to the Senior NPD Manager for approvals.

The ideal candidate comes from a technical background within a similar cosmetics brand, with experience in project management, costing, timings, regulatory, global product registration, quality management, business communication and administration.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Liaising with internal teams and external suppliers and manufacturers to develop products that meet the brief, within budget and within cost target.

• Preparing costing information, liaising with manufacturers and tracking cost history

• Maintaining the NPD Tracker with key information on open product developments for the business

• Building and managing CPAs throughout development to track project timelines to achieve launch timings, helping to identify risks and responsibilities

• Gathering, checking and managing all technical data for product folders, keeping up-to-date with regulatory changes and ensuring all files are maintained in line with these regulations

• Attending industry trade shows, conferences or exhibitions and visit suppliers when required

The Area Manager takes full responsibility for providing inspirational leadership and management to the Retail team and ensuring targets are achieved within the budget expectations for their UK accounts, supporting them to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve operational excellence. The Area Manager is responsible for setting and monitoring strategic objectives for the teams to include Sales, People Development, and Customer Service. The Area Manager must have a strong understanding of in-store staff, in-store retail, as well as business development, P&L and Budgets, and have the ability to work cross functionally to deliver against the above responsibilities.

Key accountabilities include:

•Driving day-to-day performance and development of Rodial accounts to Deliver total net sales to achieve all forecasted numbers for their area monthly, quarterly and yearly

•Frequently visiting Rodial accounts across their area to monitor people performance, customer service, marketing activity, and connecting with in-store management, whilst motivating and supporting the teams, providing them with coaching and guidance at every given opportunity, encouraging optimum performance and ongoing development

•Developing excellent and on-brand customer service understanding to ensure optimum performance, set direction for the store teams to maximise store productivity and deliver first class customer education, service, and expertise, taking ownership of all the people requirements including recruitment of the teams

•Analysing relevant business reports and sales figures to identify performance exceptions and develop recovery plans with the Retail Account Executive and Visual Merchandising Manager to maximise profits

The Social Media and Content Manager will support the development of and implementation of Rodial and Nip+Fab’s Social Media strategies, developing brand awareness, generating inbound traffic, encouraging consumer acquisition and advocacy. This role coordinates with the Ecommerce, Brand and PR teams, ensuring consistency in voice across both brands.

Key areas of responsibility include:

•Support the development and implementation of the social media strategy, in close partnership with stakeholders across the Company to ensure its effectiveness and encouraging adoption of relevant social media techniques into the company culture and into all of the company’s products and services.

•Develop, execute and manage social media campaigns and day-to-day activities. Duties include online advocacy, writing editorial, community-outreach efforts, promotions, etc.

•Manage presence in social networking sites including Instagram, YouTube and Facebook, as well as posting on relevant blogs, seeding content into social applications as required.

We are excitedly looking for a multichannel Design Assistant to join our expanding Design team.

The focus of this role will be to support the design team with production of day-to-day tasks, working across digital content & print artwork and social media assets, encompassing the Rodial and Nip+Fab brand guidelines in all work produced.

Duties include:

•Designing assets such as website home pages, banners, features, affiliate banners, emails for the Rodial and Nip+Fab brands

•Assisting in the design of print assets such as brochures, POS assets, business cards

•Assisting social media team in providing assets for social media channels

•Designing presentations on InDesign for in-house tools, including instore training materials

•Assisting in researching new ways to improve existing designs

•Understanding email/social marketing best practice to enable evolution of assets and templates

•Meeting urgent deadlines while having the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities

•Ensuring all projects are executed within the Design timeline and to schedule

•Assisting in any other ad hoc duties as required

Skills / Experience:

•Adobe Creative Suite experience essential.
