Courier Delivery - £4.95 Free for orders over £60. This is a tracked, signed for service. Express next day delivery is delivered the next working day for orders placed before 12pm (noon) Mon - Thurs. Orders placed after 12pm (noon) or on a Friday will be dispatched the next working day. Please note deliveires will not take place over Christmas and Bank holiday.

Please note we are currently experiencing delays with deliveries due to Covid-19 and Customs Union. Please note deliveries can take up to 14 working days. Our European service is operating normally via Royal Mail, however delays should be expected. Many countries have implemented special measures to combat the spread of Coronavirus COVID-19, especially at the borders and also for signature services during delivery to maintain social distancing. The number of countries we can access is changing daily. Please note there is a pause in operation via DPD until 12th January. This pause in operation will be as short as possible and we intend to recommence this service on Wednesday 13 January. If you are still awaiting your delivery, please track and trace your shipment to see its latest scan. We would kindly ask you for your patience as we try to get back to all of you as fast as possible.

We deliver to the following countries via either Royal Mail or International Courier (DPD/FEDEX). Royal Mail: This is the standard delivery service used, this is a tracked service and will need to be signed for at the delivery destination. Please allow up 14 working days for delivery. International Courier: We also offer delivery via International courier service which is a tracked service and will also need to be signed for at the delivery destination. Please allow between 2-5 working days for delivery.

Courier Delivery - $8 Free US ground shipping - now with orders over $100. Shipping for orders under $100 is $8. Shipping in United States of America is via Fedex courier service. Please allow up to 3-5 working days for delivery. Orders placed on the US Site are shipped from our US warehouse. Unfortunately, Fedex are not able to ship to PO Boxes.

Please note that you may be charged customs and duties upon entry to your selected delivery country. Please be aware that is the customer’s responsibility to liaise directly with customs in order to receive the goods at the destination.
Rodial will not refund orders that have not cleared customs or where customs and/or duties have not been paid.
Shipping to China is via DPD/FEDEX courier service which can be tracked and will need to be signed for at the delivery destination. Please allow up to 4 working days for delivery. For all orders to China, we can only permit orders up to a threshold of £80 (excluding delivery charges) due to customs restrictions.
Deliveries to Indonesia may incur a local government tax, please consult regional government for charges and more information.
Due to custom regulations and checks, please allow an additional 4 working days for delivery.

Returns
- Refunds and Exchanges

We hope you will be completely delighted with your order. In the interests of hygiene and consumer safety, items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition, and this must be done within 14 days. Please note that we do not cover the cost of returning the order and we suggest a tracked service to ensure safe delivery as we are not responsible for the returned order until it reaches us. Unfortunately we are unable to process any refunds or exchanges for products that were not purchased on rodial.co.uk. You will be required to contact the original place of purchase, as when you choose to purchase through other retailers you are committing to their individual terms and conditions regarding refunds and returns.

- Cancelling or Amending your Order

Once your order is complete, you can no longer add items, or change your order.
If you want to add items to your order, you should place another order within 24 hours of your original order, then contact us with both order numbers, and we would be happy to refund you the additional delivery charge. Please note if you are a US customer we are unable to offer this service to combine two orders into one parcel.

You should be able to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order, but sometimes our warehouse is really quick at getting the orders out the door and they could have already dispatched it to you, if this is the case we would be unable to cancel it. However, you can return the parcel to us as long as it is has not been opened.

Non-EU and Non-US orders are final and cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

- Returning from Store

Unfortunately we are unable to process any refunds or exchanges for products that were not purchased on rodial.co.uk. You will be required to contact the original place of purchase, as when you choose to purchase through other retailers you are committing to their individual terms and conditions regarding refunds and returns.

- Returning your faulty Product

Our returns are usually processed within 7-10 working days from when they arrive back to us. They will be assessed and accepted if they are deemed as faulty.
Once the refund has been processed any funds due should appear on your bank statement within 5-21 working days (Please note that refund times are dictated by the card issuers and are outside our control).
This does not affect your statutory rights.
When returning your faulty products please include the invoice with the details of the products you are returning and enclose a detailed note with your returned parcel.
Please always include a convenient telephone number and your email address in case we need to contact you regarding your return. We strongly recommend that you obtain a postage receipt from the Post Office with a tracking number. We are responsible for your parcel only once it has been received into our head office.
Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned.
